Techniques and information about grounding and how to get earthed again
Hi lovely people....I want to talk to you today about grounding. I'm working with lots of people at the moment that are feeling out of sorts and all over the place. There's lots happening at the moment. We're in a recovery period after what we've all been through from COVID, and we're finding our feet again, also we are getting ready to ascend to the golden age so wow yes no wonder so many are feeling up in the air.
Don't worry....It's all going to be OK
We are reshuffling and finding where we fit in on the earth now.
It's a time for re-evaluating and finding our standing again. Whatever that means to you.
It might mean that you're having to think differently about how you earn money, it might mean that you're having to restructure your life completely.
It might mean that you realise you just need to spend more time with your family.
It's all good and it's all progress. Change is always uncomfortable but just get stuck in and follow your heart and you'll be great.
I have some helpful tips below to help you get and stay grounded

Getting and staying grounded
Take note how you speak, do you say things like;
'Everything's up in the air' 'I'm all over the place' ' I'm on cloud nine'.
Do you feel like a victim? Is everything a struggle?
If so, let's get you out of your head and your feet back on the floor.
To stay grounded we need to maintain a direct and conscious link to our physical body, only then can we discharge the emotional energy of our daily lives that has accumulated. Our emotions can become stuck, and we can feel 'lost in space'.
We need to bring back awareness to our physical body and reconnect with our inner being which grounds our spirit and puts us back in touch with our feelings.
We can then make decisions from a firm foundation and not from a position of fear.
Ways to get back to ground
The first thing to do is be honest about your feelings. Take ownership and take responsibility for your mindset. Once you've acknowledged the truth about your life you can begin to own your own power and release yourself from it.
Realise you have a choice
You always have a choice, even if it doesn't feel like there is. The way we process something makes all the difference. You can choose to be a victim of it, or find a practical solution. That choice is yours.
Once you own it you can change it
Empowerment is the key
Lets start with a changing the words we speak. This will help you change your energy patterns and manifest what we want to achieve.
The language we use has a massive effect on us and the world around us, it's what we are sending out into the world, our expression of our world within, check out my other blog on creating a positive mindset
I'm going to start you off with some affirmations. Use which ones you feel can help you, or which you're drawn to.
I am loved and fully supported
I am strong and can handle any situation
I am grateful for this opportunity to grow and develop
I release all negative feelings that hold me back from happiness and freedom
I choose now, and fill it with love, joy and light
I forgive and release the past and live in the here and now
I trust the universe to provide for my needs, I am safe
I except only love, I except myself as I am in this moment
Feel free to alter these to suit your needs.
